BASEMENT Waterproofing Systems
Don’t let one of your most important investments — your home — disintegrate because of a shifting foundation or water damage.
Popham Waterproofing Systems
Popham has a long history of expertise in drying up wet basements in the Tri-state. Always begin any basement project with waterproofing to ensure that it is free from dampness to prevent future problems.
Popham Waterproofing dries up basements using two methods: Under-floor and Above-floor systems.
Our above-floor baseboard system is often a practical solution when water seepage results from the joint where the floor and wall meets. The above-floor baseboard captures the seepage and directs it to a gravity drain or to a sump pump. It is an economical system that controls seepage and does not require concrete removal and excavation. The baseboards can be painted if desired to match any decor.
Our under-floor system is the ultimate for basements with more severe water control problems. It is installed inside the home’s foundation walls and underneath the basement floor where it drains water to a gravity drain or sump pump. Installing the under-floor system requires some concrete and soil removal for drain pipe placement.
Popham also specializes in sump-pump systems, emergency back-up sump systems, larger in-ground downspout lines to guide water away from the home, and yard grade drainage issues. Stop Wading Around! Call (812) 479-5850 or use our quick contact form today for a free consultation.
